Studio Info
Everything you need to know before your appointment. Our policies are the same for every artist in the shop.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and sometimes appointments need to be adjusted. To help us manage our schedule and respect the time of both our clients and our artists, please review our updated policy.
72-Hour Notice
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with no fee as long as you notify us at least 72 hours before your scheduled time.
Card on File
A credit card is required to secure all appointments. Your card will only be charged if a late cancellation or no-show occurs.
Cancellation Fee
If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled within the 72-hour window, a 20% fee of the scheduled service total will be charged to the card on file.
No-Call / No-Show
- First occurrence: the deposit is forfeited.
- Additional no-shows: a $50 rescheduling fee will be required to book again.
- Multiple last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in us declining future bookings to prioritize reliable clients.
Exceptions
We understand that genuine emergencies happen. If you believe your situation warrants an exception, please email your artist directly, and they will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
If We Need to Cancel
In the rare event that we must cancel your appointment, you will receive one hour of work free as compensation, and we will make rescheduling you a top priority.
Aftercare
- Leave the bandage on for the time your artist recommends — usually 2 to 24 hours.
- Wash gently with clean hands and fragrance-free soap, then pat dry with a paper towel.
- Apply a thin layer of unscented balm or lotion 2–3 times a day. Thin is key — the tattoo needs air.
- No soaking: skip pools, hot tubs, baths and open water for two weeks.
- Keep it out of direct sun, and never pick or scratch the peeling skin.
- Once healed, sunscreen daily is the single best thing you can do for the color.
Something not healing right? Message your artist first — free touch-ups are handled case by case.
Before Your Appointment
- Eat a full meal and hydrate well — it makes a long session far easier.
- Bring a valid government-issued photo ID. We do not tattoo minors, no exceptions.
- No alcohol or blood thinners for 24 hours beforehand.
- Wear comfortable clothing that gives easy access to the placement area.
- You'll be asked to complete a consent form covering allergies, medications and medical history.
